1. Hit F12 then scroll down to Clerks Hit F2, Fill in required Fields Press F10 to Save

2. in Database Manager Select Database from the drop down menu and select Clerks Select Edit or Add Fill in required fields

3. From the menu select Utilities Select Query Select Clerk press F2 and fill in required fields and then F10 to save
